4. Implemented requested edits and deliverable final file that could be filled in a pdf reader or printed and filled by hand

Challenges

1. Having one file for digital and printing meant the fillable sections had to be easy to use digitally and printed without interfere with the other use

Solutions

1. A layered approach to the text boxes worked best - soft gray box at the bottom to visually denote the fillable area, then lines to guide handwriting, and on top a clear fillable boxes which when typed in, the text aligns with the lines below
