1. Read the related passages in Genesis and brainstormed imagery for each name meaning

2. Sketched the basic characters and layout of the black and white poster

3. Chose brush styles for line art, shading, lettering, and headers

4. Digitally inked and handlettered the poster

Challenges

1. Making the birth order and the mother of each son clear and easy to parse from the layout was a challenge, especially with Leah's sons, since she had them in two batches

Solutions

1. Use the layout and small numbers to show birth order - cheekily reference that Leah shows up twice
